EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, commonly referred to as “tapping.” It involves the stimulation of a sequence of acupressure points while bringing to mind thoughts, feelings, sensations, or memories to create increased healing, health, and happiness.

Benefits

EFT has been shown in scientific studies to decrease anxiety levels by 40% in a single session. In clinical trials tracking the ongoing use of EFT, 76% of participants experienced complete remission from anxiety symptoms and 90% experienced improvement. 78% of these participants maintained their gains after 1 year. EFT outperformed cognitive-behavioral therapy, including medication if needed, in all categories.

Sessions

Kurt is certified in Clinical EFT and Energy Psychology through EFTUniverse, the largest and most scientifically rigorous EFT certification program. Upon completing certification, Kurt joined EFTUniverse as a mentor/trainer guiding candidates through the certification program.

Beyond EFT

Energy Psychology is a collection of somatic techniques used to regulate the body’s energetic systems. When the central nervous system shifts homeostasis, negative emotions, thoughts, and sensations decrease allowing the natural wisdom of the body to produce healing.
