We take your past struggles and failures with change, and we use them. What exactly happened? How did it feel? What was the experience like for you? While you talk, we tap gently on acupressure points. The tapping calms your body, and what felt charged starts to quiet. From that quieter place, you can see what was underneath those moments — the roots, the beginning of where this pattern took hold. Once those moments have lost their charge, they become wisdom, they become lessons, that serve the expanded you. And then you live your life for the week, noticing your moments of expansion, the ways you see things differently. And the times you don’t, when you drop into the old patterns. All of it serves what you do next.

Create

When you enter the zoom room, there is a short, warm greeting. We briefly review where the integration left you, the things you cleared last week, and then we get started. I explain we are looking to begin the process of developing a new habit. What specific area are you drawn to targeting first? What is one behavior that your intuition tells you belongs in this area? We take the time to select and name that behavior. Then we apply the science of behavior design, selecting the specific time of the behavior, the smallest version of the habit that counts as a win, and how you will feel each time you do it. The feeling is what wires the behavior into your body. Without it, the habit stays mechanical. With it, the habit becomes part of who you are. Once the behavior recipe is set, we will select a breathwork technique to practice. It will be one that aligns with your desired nervous system state, how you feel in your body. The breath is the remote control for the body, you can pick your channel if you know the buttons. Then you go back to your life and run the experiment. The next week we clear what came up. The week after, we return to Create — refining, expanding, building. Clear. Create. Generating a positive, success-driven feedback loop.

Clear — what you walk away with

Your own self-care tapping practice. You learn what works for you — tapping on specific moments, on the thoughts and emotions, on the feelings and sensations in your body. You take that into your life as a self-care tool you can use anytime, on your own.

A personalized post-session summary sent by email. Topics covered, what worked, possible explorations to consider, integration experiments to try during the week, and cautions to watch for. It is your between-session protocol, written to you.

A single post-session feedback form. One time after each session. Your input on what landed and what did not, so the work refines around you.

Create — what you walk away with

A personal vision of health that lights you up — yours, not borrowed from a program or a podcast. The behaviors you choose fall within the latest scientifically valid and research-backed protocols, but those protocols are guardrails, not prescriptions.

A behavior experiment designed for your life, with a daily 60-second check-in built for you. You do not track it. The system tracks for you. 60 seconds for the next 60 years.

Specific breathwork practices that support the emotional state you want to live in. Breathwork is the remote. You learn the buttons.

Clear puts you in the right mindset to Create. Create brings new situations into your life to Clear. As you change, so will your challenges. It is an upward moving symbiotic process.

Choosing Your Package

The support options are based on the Stages of Change model. Real stages, research-based timeframes.

EFT is woven into each stage. It clears the emotions and blocks tied to the events that stopped you before.

3 Months

You move from “I might change” to “I can change” to “I am changing.”

We begin by creating a personal vision of health. Not the expectations of others, not the pressures of society, not the images in media. What does health mean to you?

Then, we explore your past attempts, failures and successes, at change. All of it is information. We use EFT to clear the emotion still stuck to those attempts. Underneath, the real reasons surface.

Next, you select behaviors that support the change you want. Behaviors that work for your life. Your responsibilities. Your interests. Your passions. And we experiment. What works? What doesn’t? What stays? What goes?

Then we iterate. We clear new issues, we create new behavior experiments.

At the end of 3 months, you know your path. You are on it.

6 Months

You are on the path, but it is rarely a straight line.

As you begin to shift your identity, issues will arise. Things you thought would work will fail. Relationships will shift as you shift. These things can knock you off your path.

When they do, you will not be alone. The difficult emotions, the stressful moments, can be cleared with EFT. It won’t change what is happening, but it will change your reactions to it. It will give you the strength to keep going.

And you will continue. Continue to add. Continue to subtract. Continue to experiment, until you have a stable collection of habits that support your vision of health.

It starts to feel like you. The strain eases, the fight quiets, and the effort feels lighter.

It isn’t gone, but you know you aren’t going back.

12 Months

As your habits solidify, your new identity emerges. The work now moves from doing to being.

The old core of who you were does not give way easily. It rises against the new self. This is the deeper work. The work you were not ready to reach before.

But now you can. You replace outdated beliefs with new ones. You keep the beliefs that fit who you are now.

You are no longer running the behaviors. You are the change.

And now you can see a new horizon. New challenges. New doors to open.
